Payment Policy

Swarnim offers multiple secure payment options for your convenience. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• EMI (on select credit cards for orders above ₹3,000)
• Cash on Delivery (available for most pin codes)

Order Confirmation

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your GST invoice. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. Contact us at payments@swarnim.in if the issue persists.

GST & Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (food-grade edible oils: 5% GST). A proper GST invoice is provided with every order. Add your GSTIN during checkout for B2B purchases.
