Return Policy

At Swarnim, we stand behind the quality of our wood-pressed oils. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
• Opened bottles are eligible for return only if the product is defective or tampered with.
• Bulk or subscription orders are subject to separate return terms.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Select the order and click Request Return.
3. Select the item, describe the issue, and attach a photo if applicable.
4. Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours.
5. Pack the item securely and handover to our pickup partner.

After the Return

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit — your choice.
